These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Seven Jets website and services. By using our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Company Information
Seven Jets is a UAE-based aviation services company providing aviation fuel supply, trip support, ground handling coordination, charter brokerage, cargo support, and related aviation services through global offices, suppliers, and trusted operational partners.
2. Services
Seven Jets may provide or coordinate the following services:
- Aviation fuel supply, including Jet A1 and Avgas
- Trip support and flight coordination
- Ground handling coordination
- Airport slots and permits
- Flight planning support and NOTAM briefings
- Crew visa assistance
- Private charter brokerage
- Cargo and special operations coordination
- VIP assistance, catering, aircraft cleaning, and ramp services
Some services may be provided directly by Seven Jets, while others may be arranged through third-party suppliers, operators, handlers, or service providers.
3. Service Requests and Quotations
All quotations, prices, availability, and service confirmations are subject to:
- Supplier availability
- Airport, civil aviation, and government approvals
- Fuel price changes
- Operational limitations
- Weather, safety, security, or regulatory restrictions
- Accuracy and completeness of information provided by the client
A quotation does not guarantee final service availability until confirmed in writing by Seven Jets or the relevant service provider.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, including:
- Aircraft registration and type
- Flight schedule and routing
- Passenger, crew, cargo, or operational details
- Required permits, visas, documents, and approvals
- Billing and payment information
- Any special requirements or restrictions
Seven Jets is not responsible for delays, additional costs, denied services, penalties, or operational issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information provided by the client.
5. Third-Party Providers
Many aviation services require coordination with third-party providers, including fuel suppliers, ground handlers, airports, government authorities, aircraft operators, customs, immigration, security, and local agents.
Seven Jets will use reasonable care in selecting and coordinating with third-party providers, but we are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, service failures, price changes, or decisions made by independent third parties.
6. Charter Brokerage
Seven Jets may act as a charter broker and arrange flights through licensed aircraft operators. Seven Jets does not operate aircraft unless expressly stated in writing.
All charter flights are subject to aircraft availability, operator approval, crew duty limitations, regulatory approvals, weather conditions, airport permissions, payment confirmation, and the operator’s own terms and conditions.
7. Fuel Services
Fuel supply is subject to airport availability, supplier approval, fuel release confirmation, credit approval, technical limitations, operational conditions, and local regulations.
Fuel prices may change due to market conditions, supplier updates, taxes, airport fees, exchange rates, or additional charges. Final pricing may vary unless fixed and confirmed in writing.
8. Payments and Charges
Payment terms will be provided in the relevant quotation, invoice, agreement, or service confirmation.
The client agrees to pay all confirmed charges, including but not limited to fuel, handling, permits, taxes, airport fees, supplier fees, cancellation charges, waiting time, overtime, credit card fees, bank charges, and other operational costs.
Seven Jets may require advance payment, deposit, or credit approval before arranging services.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the specific service, supplier, operator, or airport involved.
The client may be responsible for cancellation charges, non-refundable supplier costs, administrative fees, or expenses already incurred by Seven Jets or its partners.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting any confirmed costs, penalties, bank charges, and third-party fees.
10. Operational Delays and Force Majeure
Seven Jets is not liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional costs caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Air traffic control restrictions
- Airport closures
- Government or civil aviation decisions
- War, sanctions, political instability, or civil unrest
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Supplier failure
- Technical issues
- Natural disasters
- Security restrictions
- Pandemics or public health measures
11. Compliance with Laws
The client agrees to comply with all applicable aviation, customs, immigration, sanctions, export control, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, and regulatory requirements.
Seven Jets may refuse, suspend, or cancel any service request if we believe it may breach applicable laws, sanctions, regulations, or safety requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seven Jets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, operational disruption, or reputational loss.
Seven Jets’ liability, where legally established, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
UAE civil law principles apply to contractual and non-criminal civil matters, and UAE law recognizes liability based on actual damage in relevant civil claims.
13. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, copy content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
All website content, including text, branding, layout, graphics, and service descriptions, belongs to Seven Jets or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
14. No Guarantee of Continuous Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
