1. Who We Are & This Policy
Seven Jets FZCO (“Seven Jets”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy. We are a Free Zone Company licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) under License No. 27812, with registered office at IFZA Business Park, DDP, Building A6, L1-104, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website at www.sevenjets.ae or engage our aviation services — aviation fuel supply, trip support, flight planning, permits, ground handling, charter brokerage, cargo, and related coordination — worldwide, with particular depth across Latin America and the Caribbean. By using our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Information We Collect
- Identity & contact details — name, company, position/title, phone, email, and the details of authorized signatories.
- Payment information — credit card and billing details provided to authorize and process charges.
- Operational & flight data — aircraft registration and type, operator details, routing, schedules, fuel uplift, handling, slots, and permit requirements.
- Passenger & crew data — names, passport and visa details, and similar information provided to arrange trip support, permits, handling, or charter (see §3).
- Communications — correspondence and instructions sent by email, WhatsApp, or other written electronic means, including requests, confirmations, and approvals.
- Compliance & screening data — information needed to verify identity, validate references, conduct KYC and beneficial-owner checks, assess source of funds, and screen against applicable sanctions and watchlists.
- Website & technical data — IP address, browser/device information, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see §12).
3. Personal Data of Passengers, Crew & Third Parties
To deliver trip support, permits, handling, and charter, you may provide us with personal data relating to passengers, crew, or other individuals. Where you do so, you confirm that you are authorized to share that data with us and with the providers necessary to deliver the services, and that the individuals concerned have been informed of this Policy. We process such data only to arrange and deliver the requested services and to meet our legal and compliance obligations. In respect of passenger and crew data that we receive from operators or clients, we generally act as a processor on their behalf, processing it under their instructions and the applicable agreement. If you do not provide the information we need, or ask us to delete it, we may be unable to arrange or continue the services.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Coordinate, provide, and invoice the services you request;
- Process payments and, where authorized, securely store payment details for future transactions;
- Verify information you provide and contact business references;
- Conduct sanctions, export-control, AML, and KYC screening, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations;
- Communicate with you regarding quotations, confirmations, and service-related matters;
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
We may use your contact details to send service-related communications, and — only with your consent — marketing communications about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
5. Legal Bases
We rely on one or more lawful bases for processing, including performance of a contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, and compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations. For example: arranging your services (contract); sharing passenger or manifest data with border, immigration, security, or aviation authorities and conducting sanctions and AML checks (legal obligation); and sending marketing communications (consent).
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to deliver services and meet our obligations, with:
- Affiliates & related entities — our affiliates under common ownership, including without limitation Seven Management Group LLC and Seven Jets d.o.o.;
- Third-party providers — fuel suppliers, into-plane agents, ground handlers, FBOs, operators, subcontractors, and allied agents engaged to perform the services (for example, providing flight or passenger details to a ground handler or operator);
- Payment processors — financial institutions and processors that handle card transactions;
- Compliance & advisory providers — sanctions-screening services, legal counsel, debt collectors, auditors, insurers, and other professional advisors;
- Authorities, regulators & banks — where required by law, regulation, or a competent authority, including disclosures under applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing requirements.
Access to information internally is limited to personnel who require it for the specific purpose.
7. Payment Card Information
Where you authorize it, we may securely store your credit card details for one or multiple future transactions, unless instructed otherwise in writing. You may request removal of stored details at any time in writing, subject to settlement of amounts due. Card payments may be subject to a processing fee of up to 4.5%. Where the card belongs to a person other than the authorized signatory, that cardholder must authorize and accept responsibility for the charges.
8. International Transfers
Seven Jets operates across multiple jurisdictions, including the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and Latin America, and works with providers worldwide. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your own, and we take reasonable steps to protect it in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with our legal, tax, audit, and regulatory obligations, including applicable UAE commercial law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@sevenjets.ae. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law (and in any event without undue delay).
12. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. This includes analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, deployed via Google Tag Manager) that help us measure traffic and improve the site; these tools may process data, including your IP address, on servers outside your country. Where required, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies (such as analytics and marketing cookies) through a cookie banner, while strictly necessary cookies remain active. You can also manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect certain features.
